Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa Rochdale, Rochdale

My stay was offering some nice aspects, particularly the clean and comfortable room and the helpful staff, but there were significant issues with the dining experience, particularly breakfast. The public areas appeared outdated as well and could use some attention. Overall, there are strong points, but the hotel needs improvement in a few key areas.
